	Director- Russ Fine, PhD, MSPH Email: rfine@uab.edu ICRC Director and Principal Investigator SCIB Director and Principal Investigator Professor of Medicine, UAB School of Medicine Professor of Health Care Organization and Policy, UAB School of Public Health Dr. Russ Fine, an injury epidemiologist/biostatistician by training, is the founding director and principal investigator of the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Injury Control Research Center (UAB ICRC). 	Associate Director- Jay Goldman, DSc Email: jgoldman@uab.edu ICRC Associate Director for Research and Scientific Oversight SCIB Assistant Director and Co-Principal Investigator Distinguished Service Professor and Dean Emeritus, UAB School of Engineering Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering Professor of Health Services Administration Dr. Goldman is a graduate of Duke University (BSME, 1950), Michigan State University (MSME, 1951), and Washington University in St. Louis (ScD, 1955). 	Associate Director - Andrea Underhill, MS, PhD Email: andrea.underhill@ccc.uab.edu Dr. Underhill has worked with the UAB UTC in a leadership role since its inception. She has Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the UAB School of Public Health. She has authored or co-authored two book chapters, nine manuscripts and 17 presentations. She has served as an ad hoc reviewer for numerous scientific journals. Dr. Underhill is a graduate of Georgia Southern University (BS Chemistry, 1995), Auburn University Montgomery (MS Psychology, 2001), the University of Alabama at Birmingham (MPH Epidemiology, 2003, PhD Epidemiology 2008). She is the project administrator and co-investigator of A Longitudinal Study of Rehabilitation Outcomes, the UAB Injury Control Research Center’s longest-running project. More....
	Education and Outreach Advisor- Kathleen Bolland, PhD Email: kbolland@sw.ua.edu Dr. Bolland serves as Education Advisor to the UAB UTC. In addition to UTC duties, Dr. Bolland is the Assistant Dean for Educational Programs and Student Services in the School of Social Work at The University of Alabama. As a professional staff member in the Evaluation and Assessment Laboratory in the College of Education at The University of Alabama, Dr. Bolland designed and conducted evaluations for 15 years before joining the faculty in the School of Social Work.
	Education and Outreach Liason- Carrie Connolly, MPH Email: carrie.connolly@ccc.uab.edu Ms. Connolly has served as the UAB UTC’s Education & Outreach Liaison since 2007. Her responsibilities include assisting Drs. John Waterbor and Russ Fine with the logistics and teaching of an injury epidemiology-related graduate course in the School of Public Health, scheduling Research in Progress lectures, acting as the media and public relations contact and providing technical support to various entities such as the Alabama Department of Public Health.
	Assistant to the Associate Directors Jeff Foster, MPH Email: scib@ccc.uab.edu Mr. Foster has worked with the UAB UTC since 2006. He provides day-to-day assistance to the UAB UTC Associate Directors and serves as Webmaster for the UAB UTC Web site. In his Webmaster capacity, he is responsible for identifying and posting timely traffic safety and injury control-related news articles, and for keeping the site fresh and up-to-date.
