VPN CLIENT FOR WINDOWS

Attention Health Systems users: You may be required to utilize VPN software
provided especially for use with the Health Systems Network. Please contact
the HSIS Help Desk at 934-8888 or srquest@uabmc.edu
if this is the case.
Click here to download the
latest Windows 2000/XP/Vista client and enter your BlazerID and password when prompted.
If prompted, choose "Open" and the client will install automatically.
Otherwise, please save the file on your PC and then navigate to it and
double click it to install the VPN client.
***NOTE - Your machine may need to be restarted to complete the install.
USING THE VPN CLIENT AFTER INSTALLATION:
Click the "START" button
Select Programs, then "Cisco Systems VPN Client", then "VPN Client"
Double click on "UABVPN" in the window that opens, and supply your BlazerID and Password when requested..
To disconnect, right click on the yellow lock icon by the clock on your
taskbar, and choose "disconnect". The lock should open.

or MACINTOSH client and enter your BlazerID and password when prompted.
Installing the VPN client if you aleady have other
VPN's
Click here to download the
configuration file (.pcf) and enter your BlazerID and password when prompted.
After saving the file, "import" it into your VPN client with 'FILE' 'IMPORT'
