Petitions for exception must be received by Monday, December 17, 2012, to be considered. Students who have unique or extremely unusual circumstances that may prevent them from complying with UAB’s payment policy may petition for an exception. The petition must include a statement outlining why an exception should be made, any supporting documentation, and a plan for paying the remaining balance in full no later than 30 days after the add/drop deadline.
