Academic Institutions University of Alabama at Birmingham: Government Agencies: Jefferson County Office of Information Technology: Department of Housing and Urban Development, Birmingham Office CItizens Residents of Woodlawn and South Woodlawn were trained to serve as interviewers for the Woodlawn Household Survey. Mr. Franklin Setzer, deceased, provided his services in developing the methodology for the Housing Survey.
