The Collat faculty and staff are personally invested in the campaign with a 99 percent participation rate and over $215,000 in donations, including an inspirational lead gift of $100,000 by Eric P. Jack, Ph.D., dean of the Collat School of Business, and his wife, Ave.

With the lead gift made by Charles and Patsy Collat to name the Collat School of Business, the first named school at UAB, UAB has been moving forward at a remarkable pace towards the largest, most comprehensive fundraising initiative in the university’s history with over $500 million raised towards the $1 billion campaign goal.
