Dr. Jeremy Day

Dr. Jennifer Tuscher is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Neurobiology department at UAB in Dr. Jeremy Day’s lab. She received her Ph.D. and M.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she investigated the cellular and molecular mechanisms through which sex-steroid hormones regulate learning and memory. In the Day Lab, her work currently focuses on exploring chromatin dynamics and gene expression changes that underlie maladaptive reward-associated behaviors, as well as how sex-steroid hormones affect these processes in both males and females. Jen is currently supported by a BBRF Young Investigator Award.
