Angela Hollowell is a first year graduate student in the Peace and Human Rights Program. She enjoys hiking and practicing photography in her spare time. Angela decided to pursue the Master’s in Peace and Human Rights after discovering the interdisciplinary facets associated with applying anthropology to the concepts of peace and human rights at a global level. Her goals in the program include exploring her interest in accessible quality healthcare as a human right. With her Bachelor's Degree in Spanish, she hopes to continue studying Latin American culture through the lens of medical anthropology by researching health disparities among Latino and Afro-Latino populations.
