I started teaching at UAB in 1969, the year UAB became an autonomous university. I was promoted to Associate Professor in 1978. Over 20 years experience teaching mathematics in the Universy of Alabama System has helped develop presentation and communications skills that get excellent reviews from students. I have also taught statistics in the department and am currently teaching statistics for the School of Business.
