Research Interests

My research interests are generally centered around social and emotional development in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Currently, my research focuses on adaptive behavior and factors that influence daily functioning. I am particularly interested in how language development impacts adaptive functioning. Through my work, I strive to help determine how to improve daily life for children with ASD and their families.
