Research Interests
My research interests center around developmental disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. I am particularly interested in translational research that aims to facilitate independence and promote quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities. At UAB, my research has focused on the impact of cognitive difficulties on driving among young drivers with developmental disabilities.
