New and Returning Patients
During normal business hours, emergency care is available in our Urgent (limited/emergency) Care Clinic located on the 1st floor. This is a walk-in clinic where new and returning patients (who have not been in our care for over 2 years) are seen on a first-come, first-served basis during normal business hours.

During business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm), current patients (patients of record) should contact their clinic.
Current patients (patients of record who have been seen within the past 2 years) who experience a dental emergency during normal business should contact the clinic in which they were treated. Visit the clinic page for its phone number and location.
After Hours Care
After-hours care is provided for current patients (patients of record) only.

To reach the Children's Hospital Dental Clinic, take 7th Avenue South toward 16th Street South. Then, enter through the main entrance, and the dental clinic is located in the Lowder Building, as indicated in Clinic #9.
