The following requests can be made for courses in the College of Arts and Sciences, Graduate School, Honors College, and Vulcan Materials Academic Success Center.

Requests for other schools/colleges need to be sent to your school/college Canvas administrator. If you need help identifying your Canvas Administrator please click here.

Please allow at least 24 – 48 hours processing time for all request. Please note: during the first 2 weeks of the semester, requests may take up to 1 week to be processed.

    Request that an authorized user, such as a Teaching Assistant, Supplemental Instruction Leader, or Course Designer be added to your Canvas course.

    Due to strict regulations we cannot add students to courses. All students must be added by the registrar via the official class registration process.

    Course Cross-Listing

    Request that students from one or more Canvas courses be loaded into a single Canvas course. This allows instructors to have one course shell for multiple sections of a course.

    In some cases, additional approval may be needed from the school/college Associate Dean.

    Copy Course Content to another course. All Content or specific content can be requested to be imported from one course to another.

    Incomplete Course

    Request that an Incomplete Course be created for students who have been given an incomplete. A course will be created with all of your course content but with only the incomplete student(s) and instructor(s).
