U.S. News & World Report, in its first survey of Best Online Programs for Veterans ranks the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Engineering master’s programs fifth in the nation. They are the only programs in the state of Alabama to be ranked in any category.

KBR donates $100k to UAB School of Engineering ASEM program

The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Engineering was presented a gift of $100,000 from KBR, a global engineering, construction and services company, at a reception in the UAB Alumni House on Feb. 21, 2013. The donation, spread out over the next five years, is for the Master of Engineering with a concentration in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management.
