Justin LampleyJustin Lampley

Associate Director for Student Services/PDSO/ARO

Justin came to UAB in December 2016 by way of Troy University, where he helped international students adjust to small town life in Lower Alabama (and stay in legal F-1 and J-1 status). Before Troy, he lived the good life in Busan, South Korea as an ESL instructor, frequently enjoying Korean BBQ, screen golf, kimchi fried rice and fast speed trains to Seoul. He also spent two years down under in Adelaide, Australia completing a degree in International Studies and trying to understand cricket and Aussie rules football. In his free time Justin enjoys watching college basketball (Go Blazers!), playing golf, listening to live music (especially in his hometown of Nashville, TN), and of course spending time with his wife and now mobile baby son. Stop by to discuss any F-1/J-1 visa issues you may have or just to recommend your favorite Birmingham restaurants!
