Any faculty or staff member (Workgroups A and F) who will continue to work a remote or hybrid schedule beyond August 24 must complete a new Temporary Telecommuting Agreement.
The new Temporary Telecommuting Agreement forms will replace the forms rolled out in March as UAB entered limited business operations, and now include a definite end date field, which cannot be later than December 31, 2020. The new Temporary Faculty Agreement and Temporary Staff Agreement are available in DocuSign.
