Leading at All Levels

WEBLOGO LAALLeadership is how we turn vision into reality by influencing others. Everyone can lead regardless of position or title. Leading at all Levels is a three-part series that addresses the essentials of leadership and is intended for everyone — from one who aspires to a position of greater responsibility, to seasoned professionals currently in a formal leadership role. The workshop sequence and topics covered include self-awareness, UAB’s leadership expectations and leadership communication.

Course learning objectives:

  • Understand self and improve self-awareness
  • Review and apply (live out) UAB leadership expectations
  • Understand and apply communication skills for leaders

Session Dates for 2019

This is a three part, cohort-style program. Four different cohorts are available for 2019. Select the cohort that fits your schedule. In order to receive credit for the series, participants must attend all sessions in a cohort.

All sessions held at Medical Towers from noon to 1:30 p.m. 
This is a brown bag event. Lunch will not be provided; you are welcome to bring your own lunch.
