Great Job UAB Employees!

In 2015 UAB employees lost over 900 pounds of weight in the ninth annual Scale Back Alabama program.  Some 490 employees completed the challenge, which began in January. Final weigh-outs that took place April 6-10 revealed that employees who participated in the challenge lost a combined total of 952 pounds!

Scale Back Alabama is sponsored by the Alabama Hospital Association and the Alabama Department of Public Health, in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama.  For more information, visit or visit on Facebook.
