Because each user request is unique to the complex organizational structure with two independent entities and networks (UAB and HSIS), we recommend contacting DOM IT first for custom-tailored technological assistance. We will gladly assist you to ensure that you are properly set up for remote access and, when necessary, we will also work with UAB IT and/or HSIS for enterprise-level access that is often required for remote connection.
