What is Leadership DOM?

The Leadership DOM program (LDOM) offers faculty and staff a customized, competency-based leadership curriculum to help participants build a personal development strategy — one that identifies and improves individual leadership skills in a shared learning environment.

All sessions are led by leadership development coach and clinical psychologist Dr. Julie McDonald, delivered in two-hour seminars held once a month in a mix of in-person and Zoom sessions.

Application Process

DOM seeks up to 50 participants for its 2023 LDOM class which launches January 6, 2023. Applicants who miss more than two sessions will not be eligible to graduate.

The deadline to apply was November 18, 2022.
