"I am pleased to inform you that Dr. Cynthia J. Brown was selected as one of the top seven reviewers among several hundred reviewers for the cynthiabrownJournal of the American Geriatrics Society (JAGS) for the calendar year 2012," said Thomas T. Yoshikawa, MD, Editor in Chief in a recent letter to Department of Medicine Chairman, C. Seth Landefeld, MD.

In 2009, JAGS was selected among the top 100 most influential journals in the biomedical field for the past 100 years by the Special Library Association.  It was the only journal in the field of Aging (Geriatrics and Gerontology) to be recognized.

The Department of Medicine sends congratulations to Dr. Brown on her selection.
