UAB Geriatric Medicine Clinic

Using an interdisciplinary team approach, this clinic provides state-of-the-art primary care and outpatient consultations for older adults. In addition to nurses and physicians, clinic patients benefit from an on-site social working, chaplain, and audiologist. Clinic staff also provide a home visit program for select patients.

South Health & Rehabilitation, LLC

South Health and Rehabilitation, LLC, is located within walking distance of the UAB campus. Though the facility is smaller, it provides quality skilled-nursing care to its residents and additional learning opportunities in sub-acute care, outpatient rehabilitation therapy services, and long-term care for our fellows.
