The dining and meeting rooms on the first floor are available for luncheons and receptions. Hospital Catering is the preferred catering service for all events held at the facility. If the bar, located adjacent to the meeting and dining rooms, is used for a sponsored event, it is the responsibility of the host to provide liquor and make arrangements for bartending services.
Fire code limits occupancy to 45 people at any one time.
Catering, clean-up and other arrangements (flowers, etc.) are the responsibility of the host department or group. If clean-up is not performed in accordance with expectations, a $100 assessment will be charged. In the event that furniture, furnishings or equipment are damaged, the host department will be responsible for replacing items. All events must end by 11 p.m. Bands are not allowed.

Monday- Friday — $50
Weekends — $60
Billing will be issued through the deans' office. With limited exceptions, payment must be made by UAB internal requisition.
Key Pickup Policy
Contact Jamye Hester at least 48 hours in advance of the event to arrange pickup. Fees apply for late or lost key return.
