The School of Medicine will celebrate Match Day 2021 virtually on Friday, March 19 beginning at 10:45 a.m. Members of the 2021 graduating class will learn which residency program they have matched into.
The first match will be announced at 11 a.m., following a short program beginning at 10:45 a.m. Watch the ceremony live at www.uab.edu/matchday.
Match Day is coordinated by the National Resident Matching Program, which provides an impartial venue for matching residency programs with more than 44,000 applicants—including graduates from U.S. medical schools, international medical and U.S. osteopathic schools— who compete for available positions each year.
