Upon your arrival at orientation, you will be assigned to a Learning Community (LC) based on your clinical campus assignment. It’s like sorting students into Hogwarts houses, with your own mascot and faculty mentor! The LC program allows you to build stronger relationships with your classmates in a smaller group setting within a large class.

Stephanie Berger, M.D., assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics, is one of two junior faculty winners for the Dean's Excellence Award in Teaching.
Steven Rowe, professor in the Department of Medicine's Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, & Critical Care Medicine, is one of two senior faculty winners for the Dean's Excellence Award in Research.
Adam Wende, Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Pathology, is one of two junior faculty winners for the Dean's Excellence Award in Research.
