A child's diagnosis with a chronic / life threatening disease reverberates throughout the family system leaving no member untouched. The Hope-and-Cope program has a caring and dedicated team of staff members that address the unique needs and challenges experienced by the child and ease the family's journey.
To ensure continuity of care each child and their family is assigned a primary social worker. We also have assembled a dedicated team of especially trained individuals including child life specialists, chaplain, pediatric psychologist and neuropsychologist, teacher, counselor, and art therapist to provide a seamless flow of evidenced based psychosocial services from diagnosis onwards.
The Hope-and-Cope program makes a difference in the lives of children and families coping with tough times that are often beyond belief!
