Biography
Dr. Adrienne Lahti earned an MD degree from the Universite of Liege in Liege, Belgium. She completed a residency in Psychiatry at The University of Michigan, and a fellowship in schizophrenia research at the Maryland Psychiatric Research Center (MPRC), at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She moved to UAB in 2006 where she is now the Patrick H. Linton Professor of Psychiatry and the Director of the Division of Behavioral Neurobiology. She leads the Neuroimaging and Translational Research Laboratory, an imaging lab dedicated to the study of schizophrenia using multimodal brain imaging techniques. She provides clinical care to patients with severe mental illnesses at the UAB Community Psychiatry Program, and to first episode psychosis patients in the UAB First Episode Psychosis Clinic.
