Our Fellowship Application requirements include the following:

1) Apply through ERAS and NRMP
All first-year Fellowship appointments are arranged by candidates participating in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP) for Fellowships in Critical Care Medicine, and follows those schedules. Appointments follow the Matching Program schedule and all Fellowship candidates must participate in the ERAS and NRMP program. We urge you to go to the ERAS website and submit your application and supporting data as soon as possible. To join the NRMP, visit their web site.

2) Curriculum vitae and Personal statement
We encourage you to address the following in your personal statement:
a) Why are you pursuing fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine
b) Provide an example of how you have improved the care or experience of patients/families during your current training/position

3) Three letters of recommendation, one of which must be from your Program Director

*We accept J-1 and H1-B visas.

Interview dates are to be determined but will range between August and October. Selected candidates for our positions are invited to interview at their own expense.
