The UAB Xenotransplantation team – including Guerard Byrne, Ph.D.; David K.C. Cooper, M.D., Ph.D.; Christopher McGregor, M.B., F.R.C.S., M.D. (Hon.) and Joseph Tector, M.D., Ph.D. – is extremely excited to host a two-day xenotransplantation conference, Pathways to Clinical Xenotransplantation, March 21-22, 2019, at the Hilton Birmingham at UAB (formerly the DoubleTree). Our team has invited a number of experts on topics related to xenotransplantation to this event in order to provide their valuable insight and participate in discussions regarding the future of xenotransplantation.
