Biography
Dr. Geoffrey Habermacher completed his internship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois where he also completed his Urology residency. He completed medical school at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, where he received both his M.D. and his Ph.D. at Emory. He is board certified with the American Board of Urology.
Dr. Habermacher received several honors during his education to include the Leander W. Riba Urology Award for Outstanding Performance, Empathy, and Skill, the Charles Huggins Award for Urologic Research and the Joseph B. Whitehead Scholarship in Surgery.
Dr. Habermacher’s practice consists of general urology with a special interest in prostate cancer, renal cancer, and laparoscopy. Other interests include fishing and military history.
