    I really enjoy all of the options Birmingham provides to spend time outdoors. Some of my favorites include hiking at Oak Mountain or Ruffner or catching a Baron's game.

    One of the strongest qualities of UAB medical center is its role as a tertiary referral center for a large portion of the Southeast which results in a wide range of pathology and presentations.
