Enjoy food, drink, and the talents of University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine students, residents, fellows and faculty Thursday, April 11, from 4:30-7 p.m.
Winners of the 2019 art show will be announced at the reception, which will be held at the Edge of Chaos on the fourth floor of the Lister Hill Library, 1700 University Blvd. The top three winners will receive cash prizes.
All 21 original art entries will be on display — and for sale — in a silent auction. Proceeds will benefit the Hope and Cope Psychosocial Program of the Alabama Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders at Children’s of Alabama.
The show is co-sponsored by the Alabama Alpha Chapter of Alpha Omega Alpha and the Alabama Museum of the Health Sciences.
