Join the University of Alabama at Birmingham as students, employees and fans kick off the new school year and the UAB Football season with Be Seen in Green on Friday, Aug. 26, and each Friday after. Licensed merchandise is available for purchase on campus, online, in Protective Stadium and in the community.

- The UAB Bookstore and UAB Athletics Fan Shop sell licensed gear online, as do retailers such as Yellowhammer Creative, the College Football Store, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Fanatics, J2 Sport and Kohl’s.
- Buy merch in person at these local locations: three Academy Sports and Outdoors stores, three Dick’s Sporting Goods stores, the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in the Colonnade, and the Yellowhammer Print Shopin Pepper Place. See addresses online.

UAB Football kicks off the 2022 season at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, against Alabama A&M at Protective Stadium. The game will be nationally televised on CBS Sports Network and is one of 15 games to be played that Thursday. UAB will also host Georgia Southern (Sept. 17), Middle Tennessee (Oct. 8), Charlotte (Oct. 15), UTSA (Nov. 5) and North Texas (Nov. 12) at Protective Stadium this season.
Individual single-game tickets start as low as $20 in the Family Zone with options available up to $45 in East Side scholarship seating. West Side scholarship single-game tickets are available for season ticket holders who have purchased their season tickets in either the West Side scholarship, Stadium Club, Champion Club or suites.
Season tickets for the 2022 UAB Football season are still available starting as low as $90. Season ticket packages will feature all six home games and provide the most cost-effective way for fans to attend games during the second season at Protective Stadium. Additionally, individual and corporate groups can plan a memorable experience at a UAB Football home game this fall by filling out the UAB Football Group Ticket Request Form or downloading the Football Group Ticket Order Form by visiting our Group Ticket Page here. Discounted group tickets and fan experiences are available for a minimum purchase of 15 tickets, and fan experiences are available on a first-come, first-served basis to any home football game during the 2022 season.
