The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Disability Support Services group has partnered with Campus Recreation and the Lakeshore Foundation to host a game of wheelchair flag football. The event will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, on Gym Courts 3 and 4 in the Campus Recreation Center, 1501 University Blvd. It is free to the public.
UAB’s intramural flag football players will take on Lakeshore Foundation’s wheelchair flag football team. There will be a chance to win door prizes for those who RSVP by Friday, Jan. 18, via cblakes@uab.edu.
