Kelly is a registered dietitian nutritionist with expertise in hunger and food insecurity. Her research focuses on the prevalence and severity of food insecurity among college students and the impact of nutrition education on this phenomenon. Kelly teaches courses on community nutrition, food science operations, menu planning and more.
