Ralph Samlowski, M.D., joined the Huntsville campus faculty in 2002 and has served in various administrative and academic roles, including associate division director, clerkship director, interim residency director and advisor to the family medicine student interest group.
A 1991 graduate of the Ohio State University College of Medicine, Samlowski also completed a family medicine internship and residency there, as well as a faculty development fellowship at the University of North Carolina.
Samlowski has served on the faculty at Ohio State and the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. He was course director, inpatient teaching service director and associate residency director at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine prior to joining UAB.
