UAB Visual Content

The UAB Office of University Relations' Visual Content team creates digital assets, including video, still photography and graphics and has the capability to stage news conferences and produce live stream events and content for university's social sites.

Visual Content also works with external media providing b-roll, studio and live interviews to local, national and international outlets.

Image Gallery

The UAB Image Gallery is a resource available to the UAB campus community, accessible with a BlazerID. It houses thousands of images from all over the institution. We welcome your ideas for additional shots around campus for inclusion in the image gallery.

Video

The Visual Content team produces high quality video assets for uab.edu/news, internal communications and external media. Our videos live on UAB’s YouTube page and Vimeo. We will provide B-roll on request.

Still photography

Visual storytelling is what we do best. Our photographers contribute content daily to the UAB Image Gallery. We do provide headshots to the campus community based our availability. 

News Studio

UAB’s world renowned reputation in research, economic development, patient care and education means we have experts that can comment on a wide range important topics. The UAB News Studio is available to external media outlets for interviews with our experts
