Gifts At Work
The need for scholarships, professorships and other programs is ongoing. This need is made even more urgent by the continuing worldwide nursing shortage and the challenge of funding in the face of reduced state support. Despite that challenge, UAB has continued to recruit the best and brightest nursing students, as well as top faculty from around the country. This would not be possible without the funding from individuals, corporations and foundations.Fay B. Ireland Endowed Chair in Nursing
