Position Description:

An NIH funded position for a Postdoctoral Fellow is available in the research area of basic research of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Experimental approaches in the lab embrace an inclusive, integrated, and multi-disciplinary approach to research in cardiovascular science. The successful applicant will have PhD in Biomedical Sciences with focus on exploring the molecular and biochemical mechanisms of cardiovascular biology and diabetes. Experience in metabolic and mitochondrial biology is a plus.
