Postdoctoral positions are open in Dr. Yogesh Dwivedi’s Lab at the Department of Psychiatry and Neurobiology

The Dwivedi Lab in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurobiology, UAB, invites interested individuals to apply for a post-doctoral fellowship position to participate in research related to neurobiology and epigenetics of mood disorders and suicidal behavior. The lab uses various advanced tools and pre-clinical and clinical models. Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. degree and a strong background in neuroscience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in molecular biology, cell culture, transfection, immunohistochemistry, animal behavior, stereotaxic injections, and bioinformatics. The positions are open immediately and applications will be accepted until the positions are filled.
