UAB has implemented a new Digital Mass Communications and Content Policy, which governs the use or creation of digital mass communications or digital content in pursuit of official UAB business or in association with the UAB brand.
This revised policy has updated language to reflect new technologies and communication channels and sets forth expectations for content and authority for oversight. It replaces the World Wide Web Pages Policy.
New policies are published to keep employees and administrators informed of policies and guidelines governing UAB. The Digital Mass Communications and Content Policy is online in the Policies and Procedures Library at www.uab.edu/policies.
