Faculty and staff can purchase discounted tickets to see the Birmingham Barons take on the Mississippi Braves during the annual UAB Family Night July 10 in Regions Field. The first pitch is at 7:05 p.m. Gates open at 6 p.m.
Blaze, the UAB Spirit Team and UAB Pep Band will perform, and game day activities include 50-cent hotdog night and a UAB T-shirt giveaway for the first 1,000 adults through the gate.
General admission tickets can be purchased for $5, and baseline box reserved seating is $8. Pre-ordered tickets can be purchased online with promo code "UABNight," or at the box office until 1 p.m. gameday with a UAB ONE Card. Additional options for groups of 20 or more are also available.
