Looking for a female roommate starting May 1 for a 2 BR/1 BA apartment; apt has hardwood flooring; half of rent+utilities comes to $370 during summer; utilities include water, power and Internet; I am a female graduate student at UAB, quiet and easy going. I would like someone who also believes in peace : ) Can at least sublease for 1 month. Does not smoke. No pets please. The location of the apartment complex is next to UAB Highlands Hospital - the apartment is 2 minute walking distance from UAB Hoehn engineering building and also the UAB Business and Engineering School and 4 min walking distance from UAB Mervyn Sterne library. I would expect the first month's rent and $100 deposit (370+100) when you move in. The $100 will be counted towards last month rent. This assures me that you will give me a month's notice before moving out. Also to reserve the room, I expect a deposit of $80 so I can stop looking for a roommate. This $80 will be counted towards the first month's rent. The available bedroom has a window, a nice tall white wooden shelf, a built-in wardrobe closet with storage space, a study table and a small bedside table. It does not have a bed. You will have to get your own bed or mattress or sleeping bag as per your need. email@example.com
