Participants ages 40-65 with knee pain due to osteoarthritis needed for FOAM study

Get involved in a research study that aims to understand how chronic pain from knee osteoarthritis may change learning. We are looking for adults aged 40-65 with knee pain due to osteoarthritis who are willing to have their brains scanned during a learning procedure. The commitment to this study will last approximately 2 hours and include one telephone screen and one visit to UAB where you will fill out questionnaires and have your brain scanned with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) during a learning task. If you are eligible to participate in this study, you will receive up to $50. We are also recruiting healthy controls with no chronic pain.
