Have you or has someone you know had COVID?

Participate in nationwide study to understand why some people have prolonged symptoms (referred to as long COVID or post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2, also called PASC) or develop new or returning symptoms after the acute phase of SARS-CoV-2 infection. We need COVID-19 survivors from the Birmingham and Mobile, Alabama, and New Orleans, Louisiana, areas.
