Kennedy has more than 18 years of experience in Student Affairs, more than four of those as AVP for the University of West Florida, where she began her tenure in 1999 as a psychologist and later served as its director of Student Health and Wellness Education, Health and Counseling Services and Counseling and Psychological Services. She was a founding member of the university’s Behavioral Intervention Team and a member of the University Risk and Compliance Council and the Title IX and Student Affairs Multicultural Competence Leadership committees and more.
