To celebrate International Literacy Day, Sept. 8, the School of Education’s Maryann Manning Family Literacy Center and IMPACT-PD grant team read to children at Glen Iris Elementary School and donated 479 books, enabling each student to self-select a book to read with their families and add to or start their home library.
