Get help incorporating career-readiness components into academic courses from the UAB Career Center, which will collaborate with partners to create workshops to develop resumes, interviewing and networking skills, social media best practices, elevator pitches and more.
Beginning in the spring, the Career Center also will offer employer-based career panels to target career exploration and employer engagement.
Workshops are conducted upon request and can be booked at uab.edu/students/careercenter at least two weeks in advance for most subjects; a guarantee of 10 interested students is required.
