IRAP OSP E-Reports
A variety of reports are available to the UAB research community which provide various levels of detail for sponsored grant and contract funding. Office of Research E-Reports is an on-line report generator which provides a series of standard reports, e.g. Active and Pending Awards by School, by Department, by Division, by PI, based on user defined parameters. For special reporting needs that cannot be met by Office of Research E-Reports or the other standard reports listed below, the OSP Ad Hoc Report facility provides for the requesting of these special requests. Ad Hoc reports are created by the OSP Programmer/Analyst and require advance notice. The procedure and form for requesting an ad hoc report is available OSP Ad Hoc Reports section below.

OSP Ad Hoc Reports
Please check Office of Research E-Reports (linked above) first to be sure that the report you require is not pre-existing or available. In the event that an existing report does not meet your requirements, OSP is prepared to create an ad hoc report. All ad hoc reports are prepared on a first-come, first-served basis. Turn around time is dependent on workload and the complexity of the report requested. Please request ad hoc reports at least one business day in advance of the desired date to ensure that your deadline can be met.
