Miscellaneous Information

Patricia (Tricia) Z. Page obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from the University of Georgia in 1993. She completed her Master degree in genetic counseling from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1996. Her first job was in Galveston, Texas, where she worked at the University of Texas Medical Branch seeing many different types of patients, including prenatal, pediatric, and adults. Between 2003 and 2005, Tricia worked in the Neurofibromatosis clinic and on related research projects at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). After leaving UAB, Tricia worked at Emory University in Atlanta, where she served in a variety of leadership positions in the Newborn Screening Follow up program, the genetics clinic, the Public Health Genomics Program, the Emory Genetic Counseling training program, and with JScreen. She is thrilled to be back at UAB!
