Minor in Nutrition Sciences
The Minor in Nutrition Sciences is an exciting new option for students who are interested in the science and application of nutrition and want to expand their knowledge in this area. This minor will be of particular use to students in health-related professions who may be working in health education, nursing, public health, medical research and in community health. The core coursework includes classes in nutrition and health, nutrition and genetics, lifecycle nutrition, and consumer nutrition.
